In August 2025, American Bitcoin Corp. (ABTC) and BITMAIN reached an important cooperation agreement for the purchase of tens of thousands of ANTINER U3S21EXPH, delivering a total hashrate of around 14 EH/s. By July 2025, these miners were successfully deployed and running at Hut 8’s Vega site in Texas, USA.
The deal marks a decisive step toward ABTC’s stated goal of reaching 25EH/s. ABTC selected the latest RACK483 form factor hydro-cooling solution, underscoring its strong confidence in BITMAIN’s technical strength. The S21 XP series, with its superior energy efficiency, ensures long-term and stable mining operations. These high-end miners are high in demand but short in supply, making them a scarce resource.
With a power load of 205 MW, the Vega site stands as a flagship hydro-cooling facility, laying a solid foundation for large-scale application of RACK483 form factor solutions.
This cooperation not only further strengthens the long-term partnership between ABTC and BITMAIN but also marks a new stage in the application of hydro-cooling technology at large-scale data centers.
